Varanasi is a city of more than 22000 temples, lacs of deities and shrines. Varanasi, the land of Lord Shiva is the oldest living city on the planet with history of its existence dating back to more than 5000 years old. This city is also the largest cremation ground on earth and here death is not grieved, its celebrated with musical bands, sweets and songs. There are hotels exclusively allow check-ins only to those who are here in this city to die. Death here and cremation here is the easiest way to liberation.
This city has been a major centre for religion, education, art and craft, spirituality and Indian culture. We will explore this mystical and magical city`s rich religious cultures, temples and craft. Varanasi has been known for its art and craft which varies from silk weavers to famed musicians. UNESCO has recognised Varanasi as the city of Music. The city is known for it`s lacquered wood toys, pottery, Gulabi Minakari art and many more things related to handicraft

5.00am to 9am Morning Aarti followed by visit to cremation Ghat with lectures on understanding significance of Life & Death in Varanasi.
9am – 10.00am – Breakfast
10.00am to 1.30pm – Banaras Hindu University visit to Fine Arts department understanding sculptures and art, learning ).
2pm – 3pm – Lunch
3pm to 6pm – Rest in Hotel
7pm to 8pm – Evening Aarti
Dinner and return to hotel.

9am to 11 am – Wood carvers village visit and interaction with craftsmen
12 noon to 1pm – Lunch
2pm to 5pm – Gulabi Minakari Workshop in Gai Ghat
6pm to 8pm – Classical Music Concert with a musician family and understanding Varanasi Gharana music evolution by Musician Sandeep
8pm to 9.30pm – Dinner

9am to 12 noon – Visit to weavers Village and interact with handloom weavers, visit Women Empowerment Centre.
12 noon to 1.30pm – Lunch
2pm to 6pm – On the Footsteps of Buddha in Sarnath
7.00pm to 8.30pm – Dinner.
